Little Red Wagon Child Care Center in Oak Grove is proud to be a safe, warm, and nurturing place for children to spend their time. Our staff are hard working, dedicated to their jobs, and sincerely enjoy working with children. Little Red Wagon welcomes all children from 6 weeks - 12 years. Our center opens at 5:30 a.m. and closes at 6:00 p.m. Our entrance is secured and we are conveniently located on the corner of County Rd. 9 and Viking Blvd.

Our infant room is for children from 6 weeks to 16 months. The teacher to child ratio is 1:4 with a maximum of 12 children. Our teachers spend time teaching infants simple signs to encourage early communication through sign language. The infants also spend time enjoying art projects and group time.

Our toddler room is for children from 16 - 33 months. The teacher to child ratio is 1:7 with a maximum of 19 children. Sign language lessons continue into the toddler room, learning more complex words and short sentences. Our toddlers follow an age appropriate curriculum learning letters, numbers, colors, sounds, sensory, and of course they love to make art!

Our preschool room is for children from ages 33 months - the first day of kindergarten. Our preschool room is filled with learning experiences. The children spend their time getting ready for kindergarten by practicing letters and numbers. They also spend time learning about science, going for nature walks, baking, art, and of course playing!

Little Red Wagons also offers before and after school care for children in kindergarten through 12 years. We also offer care on school release days and summer vacation. During the summer months our school-agers enjoy going on field trips to exciting places.
